It’s Snowbunny Hess. Those of you who have been following her through my tumblr will recall that this is a change from “Irokursoks Hess” and from “Ifukguys Hess.” As you can see, she’s embracing a more standardized spelling system in this recent name change, and leaving behind some of the phonetic challenges for which she was once known.
In the screenshot above, Hess provides a careful critique of the decline of integrity in the written word. The use of ”grrr,” of course recalls Robert Frost’s poem, “The Bear.” This juxtaposition of the literary elite with 21st century internet vernacular is typical of Hess. By writing in jargon farmiliar to these “ppl,” Hess hopes to satirize the “stupid ass things” that today’s youth posts on the internet.
